As a teacher and solo dancer Horta performed in Austria, Cuba, India, Japan, Hungary, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Slovakia, Spain, Russia, Poland.
As a visual artist, Horta exhibited his work in India, Japan, Spain, Belgium, Cuba and Austria.
Today, Horta directs the Opus Nigrum Dance Laboratory in Vienna and Tenerife, Spain.
